Lead Coordinator + Owner
When you first meet Patrice, you want to hug her; she just exudes southern hospitality. But don’t let that sweet demeanor fool you, she is a no-nonsense, get the job done gal and will make sure that each wedding detail that you have planned is perfectly handled and done just right, of course, she does it all with a smile on her face. This is why Patrice is the Please Boss Lady!

A Nashville native, Patrice headed west to Los Angeles to work in a career as a television producer and along the way, she fell in love with weddings. With her organized style, attention to detail and her quick on your feet thinking, she was able to take the tv producing skills and channel it into wedding producing. One of her close friends asked her to assist with her own wedding, and as the saying goes, the rest was history. Patrice headed back home to Nashville to start a family and couldn’t shake the wedding bug that bit her. After helping a few more close friends with their own weddings, Patrice decided to put it all on the table and start Please Coordinate.

Coordinator
Gina is the Please Coordinate “attention to details guru.” Nothing gets by her keen eye; from the perfect placement of your reception flatware, to the rose petals lining up your aisle. With her on your side on your wedding day, you know that everything will fall perfectly into place. Gina’s love of event planning and organizing began with her own children’s parties. From brainstorming an exciting theme, to decorating for the event, to running the show; this admitted perfectionist enjoyed every step of the event planning stage and decided to take her passion and make a career. With her many years working in customer service and in project management, she is able to ”think outside the box” and come up with creative solutions to any problem that comes her way. This is ideal in the wedding industry when everything can change quickly. As your day of coordinator, Gina is a wedding day ninja; handling each and every detail and at the same time, fading into the background like the light shine on the happy couple and their big day.
Likes: Going out to dinner and traveling. As an avid bargain shopper, you can usually find her hunting down great deals at either Marshalls or Burlington Coat Factory.
